Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Urban, Assam has released a notification for the recruitment of 36 Project Manager and Associate vacancy to work in the City Level Technical Cell (CLTC) of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Housing for All-Urban and State Office of AMRUT Mission at Guwahati.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana — Urban :
1. City Project Manager-Civil Works
- Rs. 45,000/- per month for Post Graduate Degree holders. (In select ULB-DA Only)
- Rs 35,000/- per month for Bachelor Degree holders.
- Rs 25,000/- per month for Diploma holders
Educational Qualification:
Post Graduate/Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized university or institution with minimum 60% marks.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years working experience with industry or Government sector
- Fluency in local language is essential
- Experience in Direct Benefit Transfer(DBT) mission will be preferred
2. City Project Manager-MIS
- Rs. 45000/- per month for Post Graduate Degree holders.
- Rs 35000/- per month for Bachelor Degree holders.
- Rs 25,000/- per month for Diploma holders.
Educational Qualification:
MCA/ B.Tech (CSE/IT)/BE (CSE/IT)/ Diploma (CSE) with minimum 60% in qualifying exam from a recognized university or institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years working experience with industry or Government sector
- Fluency in local language is essential
- Experience in Direct Benefit Transfer(DBT) mission will be preferred
3. Project Associate
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university Knowledge of Computer applications.
- Distance Education (Degree) approved by DEC/UGC/ AICTE is also valid
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in Mission Mode Program or equivalent.
- Candidates well versed in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point etc.
AMRUT:
4. City Project Manager-Civil Works

Post Graduate in Finance/ MBA in Finance/ HR with minimum 60% in qualifying exam from a recognized university or institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Finance, PFMS, EAT, Accounting & MIS System etc.
- Fluency in local language is essential
- Prior Experience in PFMS, GeM Portal, E-tendering, E-Procurement, Project Finance and Management & experience in Urban Infrastructure projects will be preferred
- Expertise in preparation of DPR, Financial Tenability & Viability Analysis of Projects
