Schedule of DHSFW Assam Skill Test
All the candidates who appeared in written test conducted by Directorate of Health Services (FW), Assam and qualified further have to appear in a Skill Test and Document Verification to be conducted by DHSFW, Assam. The schedule of the DHSFW Skill Test is as mentioned below:

Venue of Skill Test: State Institute of Health & Family Welfare Training Centre, Directorate of Medical Education Campus, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati-781022.
Candidates are also directed to bring copy of the Admit Card and all relevant documents in original as listed below for verification and one set of photocopies of the same to be deposited to the office.
